What is RGADC XII
The Regional Gender and Development Committee (RGADC) coordinates gender-related activities in the region and recommends gender-related policies to the RDC.
Roles and Responsibilities
A
- Provide general directions and guidance to the Local Governance Resource Center’s (LGRC) programs and plans.
- Formulate policies and guidelines to operationalize the LGRC.
- Initiate steps towards building their respective organizations as Knowledge-Centric Organization (KCO).
- Contribute to the development of good practices in local governance and its replication.
- Identify and propose areas for convergence to harmonize programs.
- Mobilize resources to support knowledge Management programs.
- Identify and participate in researches and assessments relevant to LG KM.
- Analyze and review LG KM Audits.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of LGRC and the attainment of its Vision, Mission, and Goals.
- Continuously verify the LGRC value proposition and communicate this to sponsors and partners.
